The monthly rate plan price will be increasing for some Members. This change will start on June invoices. We’re dedicated to making sure that you keep getting the awesome service and super fast network you’ve come to expect from us. We want you to know we are doing everything to keep our fees as low as possible.
This applies to you if:
- You received a notification from us in April:
• Quebec: Letter or Email (depending on your preference)
• Rest of Canada: Message on your bill - You’re on a month-to-month Bring-Your-Own-Phone agreement

How do I change my plan?
You can change your plan to any of our in-market BYOP plans at anytime. Get more info on how to change your plan.
You can change or cancel your plan with no cancellation fee up to 30 days after your June bill date. Check out more info on how to change your plan or give us a call at 1-888-999-2321 and we’ll be happy to help you.

Does this increase impact all price plans?
Nope. If you didn’t receive a notification from us in April, then this change does not impact you.
