To ensure your compatible device receives the emergency alert it must be connected to an LTE cellular network for the duration the alert is active. If your compatible device is connected to Wi-Fi the alert may not be received.
It is important to know that the emergency alert will follow your device settings:
As of April 2019, all devices that are sold by Virgin Plus are WPA-compatible and phones software is kept up to date regularly.
