How to change your monthly plan.
- My Account
- Head to My Account and log in.
- Click on the My Service tab
- Click on the My Plans and Features link
- Navigate to the right side bar and click on Change my plan
- Follow the on-screen instructions to change your rate plan. You’ll also be able to review and change your features.
ACTIVATED, UPGRADED OR CHANGED MY PLAN BEFORE NOV. 17, 2013
Did you activate, upgrade your phone or change plans before Nov. 17, 2013? If you did, then keep reading because this applies to you.
Here's the deal: You may have gotten a discount off the retail price of your phone based on the plan level (Silver, Gold or Platinum) that you committed to when you hooked up or upgraded with us.
If you did get a discount and decide to switch from a higher plan level to a lower one (say, from Platinum to Silver) then there might be a Phone Discount Recovery Charge to account for the original discount you received
The fee would be to make up for the difference between the original discount you got on your phone and the discount you would be able to get at the new plan level you want to move to.

Good to Know: If you are on a 3-year agreement, it is not possible to switch to a Gold plan, and you will have to contact us if you want to switch to a Silver plan.

Why can’t I change plans across different plan levels?
When you activated or upgraded your phone, you may have gotten a discount on your new phone based on the plan level you committed to. The higher the plan level, the larger the discount you received.

If I'm on a 30 day plan, am I still restricted to price plan changes within a certain plan level?
No! SIM only Members can switch plan levels free of charge.
