TRAVELLING? TURN OFF YOUR DATA ROAMING.
Data roaming charges happen whenever you use data outside of Canada. And they can add up pretty fast.
This means if you’re travelling with a smartphone and use apps like Facebook, Twitter, email and more you’ll be using up data while you’re there.
To avoid data roaming charges, remember to turn off data roaming and connect your phone to Wi-Fi.
You can also add a Roaming & Travel feature if you don’t want to rack up a super-high bill.
