How to End Your Prepaid Services.

If you’re looking to end your services, we’ll be sad to see you go. We hope you've given us a chance to fix anything that may have gone wrong.

  • If you are on prepaid plan you just need to stop using your phone.
  • Do not forget to remove your Credit card and Preauthorized debit registrations.
  • If your prepaid funds expire and you do not top up for 90 days your account will completely disconnect.

Heads-up! If you want to re-activate your prepaid account, just head to virginplus.ca/activate.
