Wanna re-live the joy of getting a stack of bills in the mail? We didn't think so. That's why we've made your e-Bill so easy. Every month, it shows you:
- What happened on your previous bill
- New charges that go towards your total bill
- Important messages from Virgin Plus
- Your payment options
Check out this sample bill to see what we're talking about. Your First Bill will be a little different from all the rest, so be sure to check the details.
In an effort to reduce paper billing waste and reduce costs, as of July 2019, we will be begin switching Members to paperless billing, aka eBill. If you currently receive a paper bill, you'll need to take action. Sign up for My Account and be sure we have a valid email address on file. If you'd like to switch to e-Bill now, follow the instructions below.
SWITCH TO E-BILL THROUGH MY ACCOUNT
If you're still getting a paper bill, follow these steps to go green and get your bills electronically:
My Account app
- Download and open the My Account app.
- Hit Profile from the bottom menu
- Sign in (if you haven't logged in previously)
- Hit My Profile
- Hit Billing and Services
- Scroll down until you find Billing Format and then hit the edit button
- Pick E-Bill as the type of bill you want and hit Save
My account
- Head to virginplus.ca/billformat and log in.
- Pick E-bill and save
Heads-up! If you sign-up for e-Bill, make sure your email address is up to date.
HOW TO SEE YOUR E-BILL
My Account app
- Download and open the My Account app.
- Hit My profile icon at the top right corner of the Screen.
- Sign in (if you haven't logged in previously)
- Hit on your bill
- Hit on Bill format
- Pick e-Bill as the type of bill you want and hit Save
My account
- Head to virginplus.ca/viewbill and log in.

How can I update where the email notification for my bill is sent?
It's simple to update your email address for e-Bill.
My Account app
- Download and open the My Account app.
- Hit My profile icon at the top right corner of the Screen.
- Sign in (if you haven't logged in previously)
- Hit My profile
- Hit Account information
- Hit on Email address
- Enter your new email address and hit Save
- Head to virginplus.ca/changeemail and log in.
- Click on Change in the Email address section.
- Make your changes and Save

I'm having problems seeing the PDFs of my e-Bills. Can you help me?
Sure. Make sure you've installed Adobe Reader. You'll need it to download and read your e-Bills.

Do I need any software installed on my computer to see my e-Bills?
No, you only need internet access and a web browser. You'll need Adobe Reader if you want to download and read them, though.
Heads-up! Right now Safari isn't full supported. If you're on a Mac then the best idea is to log in to My Account using Firefox.

How can I get paper copies of my bill?
Confirm if you are eligible to receive paper bills, learn more.
e-Billing is the more convenient and greener way to get your bills. Head to the My Account or virginplus.ca/billformat to get started.
You can print your e-bills directly from My Account by following these steps:
- Open a web browser and navigate to virginplus.ca.
- Click Log in.
- Enter your My Account username and password and click Log in.
- Click My bill and select the account you want to print the bill for.
- Select the bill date of the bill you want to print.
- Click Print.
- Click Detailed bill (PDF) or Bill overview.
- Click Print.

How far back can I view my bills?
Your billing history will display your past bills from up to 18 months.
