My Account app
USE A BANK ACCOUNT
- Download and open the My Account app.
- Sign in (if you haven't logged in previously)
- Hit My Profile
- Sign-up for Pre-authorized Payment
- Enter you banking info
- Hit Continueto review
- Review bank info, agree to the Terms, and hit Submit bank information.
What you'll need:
- My Account app.
- Your banking info (Transit Number, Bank Code, Bank Account Number).
MY ACCOUNT
USE A CREDIT CARD
- Head to virginplus.ca/preauthsignup and log in.
- Pick Credit Card as the method of payment from the drop down list.
- Enter your credit card info.
What you'll need:
- Your Virgin Plus number and password.
- A MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card.
USE A BANK ACCOUNT

- Pick Bank Account as the method of payment from the drop down list.
- Enter your bank info.
What you'll need:
- Your Virgin Plus number and password.
- Your banking info (Transit Code, Bank Code, Account Number).
My Account app
- Download and open the My Account app.
- Hit Pay Now
- Enter the Amount you want to pay
- Hit Select a method of payment
- Select a saved credit card (you have to be logged in) or enter relevant CC info
- Review and submit

- Enter your credit card information.

- Your Virgin Plus number and password.

ONLINE OR TELEPHONE BANKING
- Register Virgin Plus as a payee at your bank's website
Heads Up! Expect between 2 to 5 business days for online or telephone banking payments to be processed.

I don't have a credit card. What are my options for setting up automatic payments?
If you don't have a credit card you can set up pre-authorized debit.

How does Pre-Authorized Debit work?
Pre-Authorized Debit simply means that we do the work for you. You don't need to worry about making payments each month. We'll automatically withdraw the total amount of your bill each month from the bank account of your choice. Easy as that.
