If your phone is acting funny, or some of your features (like voicemail or call display) aren’t working quite right, look for help at a Service Lounge. But before you go, sometimes you can save some time by doing the troubleshooting yourself. Here’s a bunch of basic tips that might save you a trip.
- What do I need to grab before I head to a Service Lounge?
We just need your phone, obviously, and your original proof of purchase from the store. Can`t find it? Don’t sweat it. If you got your phone at a Virgin Plus store, just head in and we can dig up a record once you get there.
- What can I do at a Service Lounge? And how much can I expect to pay?

- How long is my phone covered by warranty?
If you bought a brand spanking new phone, it’s covered under the manufacturer's warranty for 12 months from the day you bought it. If your phone was repaired while under warranty, then it will be covered by a 90-day warranty from the day it was repaired, or by the original one-year warranty from the original day you bought it (with receipt), whichever is longer.
