How do I download the My Benefits App?
The My Benefits App is available on iPhone and Android.
- To get it on your iPhone, head to the App Store, search for Virgin Plus My Benefits and tap Get.
- To get it on your Android phone, head to the Play Store, search for Virgin Plus My Benefits and tap Install.

What's my password to get into the My Benefits App?
The easiest way to get into the app is to turn off your Wi-Fi and we'll log you in automatically. But, if you're using Wi-Fi (that's you Internet, Home Phone and Tablet Members) you'll need to use your Virgin Plus number and My Account password to login.
- If you're a postpaid Member
- Log into the My Benefits app with your mobile number and the same password you use for My Account.
- Not registered for My Account? No worries, sign up now.
- Can't remember your My Account password? All good, reset your password.
- If you're a prepaid Member
- Log into the My Benefits app with your mobile number and the same password you use for My Account.
- Can't remember your My Account password? All good, reset your password.

How do I redeem coupons and promo codes?
Tap the Benefit you want to redeem then tap the Get this button. Your coupon/promo code will appear on the screen and will automatically be saved to My Benefits.
When you're ready to use your coupons/promo code in-store or online, just find your saved coupon/code in My Benefits.
For in-store offers, flash your phone with the coupon/code on screen at the checkout. For online offers, use your code on the partner's website.

Where are all my coupons and promo codes saved?
Head to My Benefits to view all your saved Benefits. Once you've used a Benefit, slide it to the left and tap Mark as used to move it to History.

How do I troubleshoot the My Benefits app?
If you're having trouble loading Benefits in your Spotlight, can't redeem coupons/promo codes or enter contests, try these troubleshooting tips.
These steps can also help with the following error messages:
- Oops! We lost you! *blushing* Please try again.
- Connection Lost
- Step 1: Make sure you're on the network or connected to WiFi.
- Step 2: Make sure you have a profile set up within the My Benefits app. Tap on the My Profile Icon to get started.
If Step 1 and 2 don't work, delete the app and download the latest version from the App Store or Play Store. If you're still having issues after re-downloading the app, contact us and we'll help you out.

I see the message "Connection lost. Oops we lost you *Blushing* Please try again." What do I do?
Make sure that you have a good network connection or are connected to WiFi. If you are connected and still experiencing issues, e-mail mybenefitsapp@virginplus.ca for support.

Will I be charged for data usage when I use the My Benefits app?
Yes, standard data rates apply and will be counted towards your in-plan data usage while using the app over a mobile network. If you do not have data in your plan, pay-per-use rates will apply when using the app over a mobile network.
Quick Tip! If you're worried about having no WiFI access and still want to use the app, load the app while you're on WiFi. This way the content loads over WiFi so you won't incur as much data usage when you're using the app over a mobile network.

How do I log into the My Benefits app?
First, make sure you're connected to the Virgin Plus network or WiFi. How you log in will depend on if you are on the Virgin Plus network or on WiFi.
- If you're on the Virgin Plus network: Easy-peasy; you'll be automatically logged into the app when you launch it.
- If you're on WiFi and are a postpaid Member: You'll need to log into the My Benefits app with the same password you use when logging into My Account. Not registered for My Account? No worries, sign up now. Can't remember your password? All good, reset your password.

Head to My Profile and tap to edit your favourites then select the categories you want to see more of.

You can manage your push notifications by going to Settings> Push Notifications.

Head to the menu and hit My Benefits. All your Benefits are saved here. Once you've used a Benefit, tap on the 3 dots on the right, and then tap on Mark As Used to move it to History.

Can I share my coupons/promo codes with friends and family?
Member Benefits are exclusive to Virgin Plus Members. Your friends and family can get hooked up with Member Benefits by joining Virgin Plus. Ask them to check out our phones and plans to get started.

The My Benefits app isn't showing any Benefits nearby on the map. Are there any Benefits that I can redeem online instead?
Yep! Look for the Online label on Benefits you've saved. Tap a Benefit you want to redeem then tap Use Code Online to shop.
