Managing multiple Virgin Plus Bills with My Account
Looking to manage multiple bills with Virgin Plus, link or remove an existing account with the My Account app or online.
App:
- Launch the My Account app.
- Enter your Virgin Plus number or username and password and click Log in.
- Touch the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Touch My profile.
- Touch Link a Bill to My Account.
- Touch Link a specific account.
- Touch Link a pending order if you are adding a service that is not yet active. Follow the instruction received via SMS or email.
- Enter the information as prompted on the screen.
- Touch Continue.
- Enter the last name associated with the account.
- Enter the postal code.
- Touch Continue.
- The account is now added to your My Account profile.
Online:
- Go to virginplus.ca and log into My Account.
- Click My profile.
- Click My Virgin Plus Account.
- Click Link a bill to My Account on the left panel.
- Enter the information as prompted on the screen.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the last name associated with the account.
- Enter the postal code.
- Click Continue.
- The account is now added to your My Account profile.
Remove a Bill from My Account.
App:
- Launch the My Account app.
- Enter your Virgin Plus number or username and password and click Log in.
- Touch the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Touch My profile.
- Touch the service you want to remove from your account under Billing information.
- Touch remove this bill.
- Follow the prompts to complete the removal of the account from your profile.
Online:
- Go to virginplus.ca and log into My Account or log into the Virgin Plus My Account app.
- Click My profile.
- Click My Virgin Plus Account.
- Select the service you would like to remove from the My Account profile under the Services section.
- Click Remove this bill.
- The account has been removed from your My Account profile.
