UNDERSTANDING YOUR Final BILL.
After deactivation, a final bill will be sent to you on your regular billing date.
If your service is cancelled (by you or by Virgin Plus) in the middle of a billing period, you’ll get a prorated (partial) refund for the portion of the month you didn’t use after your service was cancelled. If this happens, your usage for the month will also be prorated. This means the airtime minutes, long distance minutes, text messages and data available from your monthly plan will be reduced according to the number of days of service you’re being charged. If you go over the reduced usage amount, you’ll see extra charges on your final bill.
Heads-up!
Some charges take longer to calculate, like international roaming, so they may be billed separately at a later date. Usually, all charges will be billed within 90 days of your deactivation date.
