SUSPENDING YOUR SERVICES DUE TO LOST/STOLEN DEVICE THROUGH MY ACCOUNT.
Postpaid Plan
To suspend your services due to a lost/stolen device complete the following steps through My Account:
- Try locating your device using Find my iPhone or Find my Android
- Access the suspension flow through this link which will direct you to log into My Account.
- Suspend your services by selecting Continue.
- Review the request and select Submit.
- If you find your device/would like to restore your services follow the restore flow through My Account.
