Important Update on Virgin Plus Prepaid Plans

As of September 30, 2024, we will no longer be offering prepaid plans for new activations. This means that you will not be able to activate a prepaid SIM card or purchase a new prepaid plan after that date.

If you already have a prepaid SIM card, activate it online now and choose a new prepaid plan.

Existing prepaid Members: You don’t need to worry, as there won’t be any changes to your prepaid services. You can continue to top up, check your balance, make changes to your plan, and access your Member Benefits as usual, even after September 30, 2024.
