How to return your modem and power supply
Give your modem a goodbye hug and put it and its power supply in a box for safe travel.
Got a letter from us?
- There would have been either a Purolator waybill or Canada Post waybill attached to the bottom of the letter.
- Follow the instructions on the letter and keep it for your records. It contains the Tracking number you’ll need as proof of shipping.
Didn't get a return letter or email, or misplaced yours?
Return your Virgin Plus modem for free using our self-serve portal
- Put your modem and power cord into a suitable box with proper packaging protection to ship your device back to us.
- Visit the Virgin Plus modem return portal to request a prepaid waybill. Have your Internet account number handy, which you can find on your bill or in My Account.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email containing a scannable QR code, which is your prepaid shipping label.
- Simply follow the instructions in the email to complete your return.
Please return Virgin Plus mobile phones separately. Don’t include your phone in the same package as your modem.
