Got a letter from us? 

  1. There would have been either a Purolator waybill or Canada Post waybill attached to the bottom of the letter.
  2. Follow the instructions on the letter and keep it for your records. It contains the Postal Tracking number you’ll need as proof of shipping.

Didn't get a letter or misplaced yours?

Due to the Canada Post work stoppage, we can no longer send waybills by mail or use Canada Post to return your modem. But don’t worry, we have you covered. We will send you an email with a link to a printable prepaid waybill from Purolator.

Return your modem for free with Purolator

  1. Put your modem and power cord into a suitable box with proper packaging protection to ship your device back to us.
  2. Print the prepaid waybill from the email and affix it to your box.
  3. Visit any Purolator location and drop off your package. The clerk will give you a receipt for your return that will also have the tracking number.
  4. Please keep track of the return tracking number when returning shipment.
